Replacing a RAID adapter battery holder

Use this information to install a RAID adapter battery holder.

1. Read the safety information that begins on Safety and Installation guidelines.
2. Turn off the server and peripheral devices and disconnect all power cords and external devices; then, remove the cover (see Removing the compute node cover).
3. Align the battery holder and place the battery holder on the system tray.

4. Replacing the cover (see Installing the compute node cover).
5. Slide the server into the rack.
6. Reconnect the power cords and all external cables, and turn on the server and peripheral devices.
