Node pre-boot power permission is denied. Node is not allowed to turn on because chassis power might be overloaded when indicated node run in fully stressed condition.

Complete the following steps:
- Make sure that the node configuration meet the power limitation of current power supply configuration.
- Make sure that there is no mismatch of PSU nor non-supported PSU installed.
